Rob Van De Pette is a private chef who refined his culinary skills at the Michelin one-star restaurant, The Village Pub, where he worked his way up to Executive Sous Chef. It was there he learned to only use what was necessary to the dish and remove what is not. Chef Rob’s cuisine is shaped by the seasons and location using everything available in Greater Bay Area
